Buvette Scott

A wine bar on rue Scott in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste area of Quebec City's La Cite borough, started in 2014 by three friends, Pier-Luc Germain, Jean-Philippe Lessard and Dave St-Yves, with about 25 seats. A copper clad bar, vinyl records and warm decor set an intimate tone. The menu changes daily and runs to inventive small plates for sharing, such as cured duck or locally caught wild sea bass with roasted peppers and turnips, backed by a well chosen list that includes local bottles at friendly prices. It holds a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Quebec.
