Buvette Gentille

A wine bar in the centre of Baie-Saint-Paul in Quebec's Charlevoix region, open since 2020 and run by the team behind Faux Bergers, chefs Emile Tremblay and Sylvain Dervieux with sommeliere Andreanne Guay. It works like a European wine bar: a small room, a list of bottles that keeps changing, and modern sharing plates that put Charlevoix terroir forward, such as marinated scallops with spinach and buckwheat, root vegetables with maitake, and frozen nougat with pumpkin seeds. It received a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Quebec, the first ever awarded in Charlevoix.
