Bibine Buvette

A wine bar and restaurant on rue Brock in Drummondville, Quebec, and the second address of Chloe Ouellet, chef and owner of Au Paturage in Sainte-Perpetue. The short menu of about a dozen dishes draws on vegetables from its own kitchen garden and Quebec ingredients such as halibut, venison and scallops, in plates like house made bread with garlic confit butter, pan fried scallops with corn and peaches, and venison loin with carrots, barley and blue cheese. A long bar and a covered terrace add to the convivial feel. It holds a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Quebec.
