Battuto

An Italian restaurant on boulevard Langelier in the Saint-Roch district of Quebec City, opened in December 2016 by three friends: head chef Guillaume St-Pierre, pastry chef Paul Croteau and sommelier Pascal Bussieres. The room seats about 24, most of them counter seats wrapped around the open kitchen, and reservations are essential. Ciabatta, cold cuts, pasta and ice cream are all made in house, and the concise wine list leans towards Italy and France. It holds a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Quebec.
