Bacchus

The restaurant of the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa at 845 Hornby Street in downtown Vancouver, open since 1984 and set just off the hotel lobby, with marble, chandeliers and large flower arrangements setting the tone. Chef Stefan Hartmann cooks in a classic register, with dishes such as a terrine of foie gras mousse with roasted plum chutney and caramelised endive, or prawn and scallop tagliarini in lobster bisque. Bacchus is listed in the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver and appears on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants.
