Asteur

A tasting menu restaurant at 394 chemin de la Grande-Cote in Boisbriand, Quebec, set in an elegant nineteenth century stone house north of Montreal. It opened in February 2025 under chef Olivier Robillard with general manager Mihiko Roy, the pair previously behind Geraldine in Saint-Eustache. The single menu runs eight to ten courses over roughly three hours and is built almost entirely on Quebec products, served in a room of exposed beams, midnight blue walls and white tablecloths, with cocktails and a wine list by sommelier Victoria Savoie. Asteur is listed in the MICHELIN Guide and received its Best Service award for 2026.
