Yuwa

Yuwa Japanese Cuisine is an upscale, traditional Japanese restaurant located in the Kitsilano and Arbutus Ridge area of Vancouver, British Columbia. Originally opened in late 2017 following a rebranding from Zest, the establishment is co-owned by Executive Chef Masahiro Omori and renowned Sake Sommelier Iori Kataoka. The restaurant offers an inspired approach to traditional kaiseki-style dining, showcasing a frequently rotating menu dictated by the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Alongside expertly crafted sushi and sashimi selections, popular items include their Sablefish Yuan-Yaki, Duck Udon, and seasonal tempura creations.
