The Big Brother

The Big Brother (大師兄新派順德菜), located on Highway 7 in Richmond Hill, is a new-wave Shunde Cantonese restaurant introducing the refined cuisine of Shunde district, Guangdong province, to the GTA. One of the few dedicated Shunde cuisine restaurants in the region, it features signature dishes such as Daliang stir-fried milk (大良炒鮮奶), traditional whole fish soup, and live seafood preparations. The contemporary Chinese interior is spacious and well-suited for family gatherings and business dinners. The menu emphasises fresh ingredients and classical Shunde cooking techniques, noted for their delicate, precisely seasoned flavours.
