Souper Hot Pot & Tea is a pay-by-weight hot pot restaurant on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, where ingredients are charged per 100 grams and the pot itself is free. Diners pick their own seafood, meats, vegetables and noodles and choose from about ten spicy and non-spicy broths, including a creamy lobster broth. Each pot comes with rice and a complimentary ice cream afterwards, and the drinks menu includes jasmine green milk tea and a range of fruit teas. It stays open late, until 1 a.m. on weekends.
