Snackshot (糖百府) is a Hong Kong-style dessert cafe located on Kingsway in Vancouver, British Columbia, founded in 2017 by university entrepreneurship graduates. The brand is dedicated to reinterpreting traditional Cantonese sweet soups and authentic street comfort foods with a creative, modern twist. The Kingsway location features retro interior elements such as a characteristic mahjong tile wall, recreating a nostalgic late-1990s Hong Kong atmosphere. The menu highlights distinct items like the signature sweet soup tasting platter, bucket tofu pudding, and the visually striking edible mahjong coconut pudding tiles accompanied by rice paper currency bills, alongside savory street bites such as curry fish balls and rice rolls.
