Opened in 2010 in the historic town of Dundas, Ontario, Quatrefoil Restaurant is a fine-dining destination founded by chefs Fraser Macfarlane and Georgina Mitropoulos. Having trained in Michelin-starred establishments in London, England, the duo created Quatrefoil to showcase refined contemporary French cuisine using seasonal, locally sourced Canadian ingredients. The restaurant features sophisticated multi-course menus and has garnered prestigious acclaim, including being named one of Canada’s Best New Restaurants by enRoute Magazine and receiving official recognition from the Michelin Guide.
