Facing St. Germain Cathedral in Rimouski, a short walk from the St. Lawrence River, Narval is a discreet, intimate restaurant with an open kitchen, where Chef Norman St-Pierre welcomes guests as if into his own home. His personal cooking draws on his travels, from Madeira-inspired milho frito with local beef tartare to ricotta gnudi made with fresh cheese from Baie-des-Sables and a Canary Islands almogrote sauce. Guests may bring their own wine.
