Mon Paris Patisserie was founded in January 2017 in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, by Chef Elena Krasnova, who trained at the prestigious Ferrandi École de Gastronomie in Paris. The boutique French bakery is known for blending traditional French baking techniques with modern twists, specializing in handcrafted cakes, premium chocolates, macarons, and viennoiseries like croissants. Recognized in the community with accolades such as the Burnaby Readers' Choice Awards, the patisserie expanded its presence by opening a second location in Vancouver's Olympic Village in the spring of 2025.
