Maison Boire

In the centre of Granby, about 90 minutes from Montréal, a Four Square-style house where most of the cooking happens over an open flame. A rooftop kitchen and herb garden, a refined bar, a glassed-in cellar and an open kitchen with chef's counter set the scene, while two crackling maple wood fires recall a steakhouse and bring out the best in carefully chosen vegetables, fish and meat.
