Machida Shoten

Machida Shoten is a Yokohama iekei ramen restaurant located on College Street in downtown Toronto, serving a richly layered tonkotsu-shoyu broth that is the defining style of this ramen tradition. The brand was founded in 2008 in Machida City, Tokyo, and has grown to over 800 locations across Japan before opening its first Canadian location in December 2025.
