Les Mal-Aimés

A rural farm in the Haut-Saint-François countryside of the Eastern Townships, created by market gardener Yannick Côté and chef Daniel Charbonneau; it received a MICHELIN Green Star in 2026. The meal begins with cider on a covered patio by a brazier before moving into a vintage, wood-rich room, and the set menu draws on some 80 fruits, vegetables and herbs from the farm and area, as in raw Gaspésie bluefin tuna with honeyed peaches and lacto-fermented red pepper. It is a Recommended restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Québec.
