A bistro on the edge of Québec City's centre that has been around so long it is practically an institution, serving an excellent brunch until 2 p.m. At lunch a few mains such as Silesian dumplings, pan-fried lake perch and Cornish chicken join the brunch menu, the eggs Benedict is almost legendary, desserts like the fig tart are a must, and fine beers and ciders invite pairings; booking is strongly advised.
