Catalan chef Stéphane Modat's Le Clan occupies a charming historic house in Old Québec and earned its first MICHELIN Star in 2026. Hunting and fishing trophies reflect the chef's passions, and the tasting menu champions boreal traditions with Québec fish, game and red meat, from Lake Champlain walleye and Gaspé Arctic char to hare cappelletti topped with hollandaise. There is weekend brunch and a reasonably priced weekday lunch set menu.
