In Old Québec beside the Old Port, Laurie Raphaël is the Vézina family's restaurant, now led by the founder's son, Raphaël. Beige tones, bubble pendant lights and leather-topped tables create an elegant contemporary room. Seasonal Québec produce drives modern, gently creative dishes such as spot prawn and pear marinated in wild ginger and burnt citrus, or a buckwheat tartlet with foie gras and Jerusalem artichoke, with precise play on shape, texture and technique.
