Kettlemans Bagel

Kettlemans Bagel is a Montreal-style bagel shop on Browns Line in Etobicoke, Toronto, serving hand-rolled bagels and deli-style sandwiches. Founded in Ottawa in 1993 by Montreal native Craig Buckley, Kettlemans opened its first Toronto location in the Shoppes of Alderwood Plaza, bringing a 30-year artisan bagel tradition to the GTA. The bakery produces 1,200 to 1,300 dozen hand-rolled bagels daily, baked fresh throughout the day. Signature items include the Kettlemans Special — smoked Nova Scotia salmon, deli cream cheese, tomato, and red onion — as well as a rotating selection of flavoured bagels, house spreads, and salads.
