Jay Nok

Jay Nok is a Thai restaurant at 127 West 2nd Avenue in Vancouver. The room is colourful and eclectic, and the relaxed mood is modelled on everyday casual dining in Thailand. The long menu includes staples such as pad Thai in less common forms, for example wrapped in a thin egg crepe with jumbo prawns, or topped with grilled pork jowl. Regional dishes appear too, such as miang kham, a betel leaf wrap filled with shrimp, toasted coconut, peanuts and chili. Jay Nok was listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Vancouver.
