Gyugyuya Curry House is an independent Japanese restaurant located at 177 Dundas St W in downtown Toronto's Little Tokyo district. Opened in 2014, it stands as the city's first specialty eatery dedicated to authentic Kanazawa-style Japanese curry and beef bowls. The kitchen uses traditional simmering processes to craft a rich, thick, and subtly spiced curry sauce infused with hints of nutmeg.
