Good Fork is a contemporary Mediterranean and Turkish-inspired restaurant located at 1550 Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario. Originally established in 2011 by brothers Ali and Tolga Yalcin in Bloor West Village, the independent restaurant relocated to its current, more accessible single-floor space in Little Portugal in 2019. The establishment is widely recognized for its creative fusion of classic North American brunch items with rich Anatolian flavors. Its signature daytime dishes include the renowned Blueberry Halva Pancakes—featuring a buttermilk stack topped with orange blossom ricotta and halva crumble—and the savory Spanish Hash. In addition to its popular daytime selections, the restaurant has expanded its culinary offerings to feature a dedicated evening program highlighted by traditional meze plates, charcoal-grilled kebabs, and crafted cocktails.
