Fuwa Fuwa Dessert Cafe

Fuwa Fuwa Dessert Cafe is the Scarborough Town Centre branch of the Japanese souffle pancake chain, at Unit 203A, 300 Borough Dr. Fuwa fuwa means fluffy fluffy in Japanese, and the souffle pancakes are the star: the signature, strawberry, matcha tiramisu and cookie and cream versions arrive tall and jiggly with fresh cream. The menu also covers croffles, Japanese roll cake, matcha burnt cheesecake and frappe drinks. Build-your-own pancakes let guests choose their fruit and toppings. It is a bright, casual dessert stop inside the mall, with dine-in, takeout and delivery.
