Edulis Restaurant

Edulis Restaurant is a Michelin-starred fine dining destination on Niagara Street in Toronto's Bathurst-King neighbourhood. Led by husband-and-wife chef-owners Michael Caballo and Tobey Nemeth, Edulis draws inspiration from Spain and France to craft a seasonally driven tasting menu centred on wild fish, shellfish, vegetables, and foraged mushrooms. The menu changes daily and may feature dishes such as morel mushrooms in smoked butter, scallops with strawberry puree, and charcoal-grilled prawns with ginger and saffron vinaigrette. Awarded One Michelin Star in Toronto's inaugural 2022 Michelin Guide and retaining the distinction through 2025, Edulis is also listed among the World's 50 Best Discovery selections.
