Originally established in Markham, the brand relocated to its current Richmond Hill site in September 2026. The name 'Cuddle' (Wei Lu) signifies gathering together, reflecting its vision to serve as a warm hub for the local community. The establishment specializes in traditional Hong Kong street snacks and classic cha chaan teng-style beverages, featuring popular items such as curry fish balls, rice noodle rolls, and satay beef noodles. It also collaborates with the Hong Kong brand 'So Gai' to provide authentic comfort food, alongside Yuen Long B-Jai style desserts and handmade cakes. In addition to dining, Cuddle features a dedicated workshop area and retail display spaces to foster community connection.
