Coquette

A neighbourhood buvette in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre, Quebec, beneath the spires of the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre shrine, opened in the summer of 2025 through a collaboration between the owners of Kebec Club Prive and Torii Izakaya. The menu is short, built on small seasonal dishes for sharing that put Quebec fish and vegetables from the Cote-de-Beaupre forward with nods to French recipes, in plates such as garnished oysters, mussels escabeche, and gnocco fritto topped with duck and shiitake. Guests can sit at the counter, in the dining room or on the rooftop terrace. It holds a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Quebec.
