Chef's Choice Chinese Cuisine

A Cantonese restaurant on West Broadway in Vancouver, open since 2021, serving traditional dim sum, carefully handled seafood and a run of nostalgic dishes rarely seen elsewhere, such as Chinese wine marinated crisp duck tongues and kidneys. Signatures include soup dumplings of minced pork and seafood, and poached chicken in a thick, fragrant black truffle sauce. The kitchen keeps to classical technique, and the live seafood counter takes in king crab, sea cucumber, lobster, abalone and Buddha jumps over the wall. It is listed as MICHELIN Selected.
