Cabaret l'Enfer

A restaurant on rue Saint-Denis in Montreal's Plateau, its concept borrowed from the legendary Cabaret de l'Enfer in Montmartre, Paris. The long room, with polished concrete floor, black walls and a central counter lined with stools, recalls a retro London club where rock and industrial styling meet. Italian born chef Massimo Piedimonte builds on Italian and French technique with charcoal cookery inflected by Mexico City, served as an eight course tasting menu that shifts with the seasons and is plated with the same care as it is cooked. It is listed as MICHELIN Selected.
