Baumier

A wine bar and restaurant in Piedmont, in Quebec's Laurentides region, open since December 2020. The kitchen builds short, shareable plates around seasonal Quebec produce sourced from local market gardeners and foragers, and has been led since 2024 by Samuel Boyer, formerly of Club Chasse et Peche. The list favours organic, biodynamic and natural wines alongside seasonal cocktails, in a relaxed and unpretentious room. It was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Quebec, the first address in the Laurentides to receive one.
