Barrel Heart Brewing

Housed in the former Dundas post office in Dundas, Ontario, Barrel Heart Brewing is a brewery, taproom and kitchen specialising in mixed fermentation, barrel aged saison and farmhouse ales. The seasonal menu pairs those beers with contemporary cooking such as potato salad, butter chicken, Cornish hen and banana pudding, served in a candlelit exposed brick dining room with a corner patio in summer. It received a Bib Gourmand in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Toronto and surrounding area, the first brewery in Canada to be recognised this way.
