Au Pâturage – Espaces Gourmands

A farm to table restaurant at 2581 rang Saint-Joseph in the village of Sainte-Perpetue in Centre-du-Quebec, opened in June 2019 in a converted former summer theatre built to recall a barn. Chef Chloe Ouellet grows around fifty varieties of organic vegetables, herbs and spices in the restaurant's own gardens, and builds a seven course set menu that changes as each crop comes in. Seating is capped at 55, with service on Thursday to Saturday evenings and Sunday brunch, and the property also holds a wine shop area and a terrace. Au Paturage is listed in the MICHELIN Guide.
