Opposite Saint-Sauveur Church, a small castle-like building houses the traditional restaurant of chef Alexandre Loiseau and Sandra Côté. Impeccable local produce stars in dishes such as knuckle of suckling pig from the Gaspor family farm, boudin noir, maple-glazed sweetbreads and flat iron with mushrooms and red wine, with a set formula at lunch, more choice à la carte at dinner, delicious desserts and a warm welcome.
