About
The bistro complement to Manoir Hovey's fine dining room, its walls decorated with old tools and rustic objects from snowshoes to a canoe. Traditional cooking with a twist follows suit: bison tartare with cucumber and celery ribbons and black garlic balsamic gel, or scallops as carpaccio or seared with cauliflower, citrus and gingerbread crumble.
