Musoshin Ramen

Musoshin Ramen is a Michelin Recommended Japanese ramen restaurant on Boustead Avenue in Toronto's Roncesvalles neighbourhood. Founded by Chef Aoi Yoshida, the restaurant is recognised for its house-made noodles crafted fresh daily in-house. The intimate space seats a small number of guests, creating a quiet, focused dining atmosphere. Signature dishes include the Ajitama Musoshin Ramen — featuring a vegetable-forward pork broth, chashu, seasoned egg, menma, and handmade noodles — alongside the Kyoto white miso vegan ramen, made with house-fermented miso and kelp and shiitake dashi. The seasonal Gion black ramen and karaage with Kewpie mayo round out the menu. Musoshin also offers Japanese desserts and freshly baked milk bread for takeout.
