Little Ring Cafe

Little Ring Café, known in Chinese as 小環茶座, at Kennedy Road in Markham is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng opened in June 2025 by former Miss Hong Kong 1993, Tam Siu-Wan. The café is designed to evoke nostalgic memories of classic Hong Kong dining culture, with retro-inspired décor featuring photographs and memorabilia from pre-1997 Hong Kong. The warm and intimate interior recreates the familiar bustle of a Hong Kong café. Signature dishes include satay beef noodles, baked chicken steak, and Hong Kong-style egg sandwiches, all prepared with reference to traditional cha chaan teng recipes.
