Glowbal

Glowbal is a West Coast steak and seafood restaurant at 590 West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, located within TELUS Garden. One of Vancouver's longest-running restaurant brands with over 20 years in the city, Glowbal relocated from its original Yaletown location to a current space featuring a dramatic undulating wood and glass facade, a 150-seat patio, and a multi-level dining room. The menu centres on a custom robata grill producing Wagyu beef satays, al pastor pork skewers, tiger prawns with chorizo, and wild mushroom preparations. Signature entrées include miso-marinated sablefish in shiitake consommé with soba noodles and bison short ribs in rum-chimichurri sauce.
