Blu Ristorante is a contemporary Italian fine-dining restaurant at 214 King Street West in Toronto's Theatre District, under the direction of Executive Chef Eric Bucher. The elegantly decorated dining room offers a romantic and welcoming atmosphere with live musical performances every weekend. Signature dishes include the Truffled Beef Carpaccio, Grilled Calamari, and the Classic Tiramisu with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone.
