Quick stop for pastries
Just picked up some pastries from Tatin Bakehouse this past Saturday. I got a few different things to try. One of the cream tarts was really soft and creamy inside; it was quite light. I also got a chocolate almond croissant with lots of nuts on top that looked pretty good, and a pumpkin tart too with some seeds on it. I also ordered a sourdough! They all looked pretty nice displayed in the box. Was just looking for a quick treat for the afternoon. The place seemed busy enough when I went in. Think it was around $5 to $7 per piece maybe, I don't quite remember the exact price for each. The cream tart in particular was quite good with all that filling.
