This commitment to excellence was on full display during my visit, thanks to the talented Chef Rady, whose skillful execution brought the kitchen’s high standards to life. On the floor, the experience was made even more memorable by Bianca, whose helpful and attentive service ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. Take their pizza as a prime example. It’s not just dough; it’s a 48-hour temperature-controlled maturation process that results in a complex, airy crust. They exclusively use premium flour from Northern Italy and top their pies with DOP-certified San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius for that perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. You can truly taste the "low and slow" dedication in every bite. The true showstopper, however, is their Social freshly made Mozzarella. While many places buy pre-made cheese, Scaddabush prepares theirs fresh to order. Under the watchful eye of the kitchen team and ourselves, fresh cheese curds are stretched at a precise 358 degrees Celsius, resulting in a warm, milky, and incredibly supple mozzarella that redefines the appetizer experience. Finally, their pasta program honors Southern Italian traditions. Their eggless pasta is handcrafted daily, ensuring a fresh texture that captures sauces far better than dried alternatives.
