Arguably the best paitan ramen in town, where tradition meets modern creativity 🤍 yuzu scallops go with consomme, truffle go with paitan~ greatest smoked pork!!!! Fried chicken is crispy and delishh. Dont forget to add an egg🥚 平日夜晚去基本上都唔使排隊 但如果weekend去就最好網上加入waitlist先
